REGULATION

By virtue of the new regulations and guidelines for the prevention, management, contrast and control of the covid-19 emergency, our farmhouse has adopted a health self-monitoring plan following the following protocols:

– Annex 6 of the Prime Ministerial Decree of 26 April 2020
– Marche region guidelines L.566 of 11/05/2020
- DGR 570 of 16/05/2020

In respect of all people, we invite you to respect certain behaviors, listed below, before your arrival and within our agritourism facility.

Please note that every guest cannot come in the event of feverish symptoms (cough-conjunctivitis..etc) or if in the last 14 days they have had contact with subjects positive for covid-19.

In the event of contagion within the facility, all necessary actions will be mobilized as per the protocol.

Inside our structure you will find all the appropriate billboards for each environment in compliance with the regulations.

 

Guests in the living room

 

Terms of payment

To guarantee the reservation it is required to send the data of a
credit card.
All your personal data including your credit card will be
destroyed upon your departure from our archives.
Our server is encrypted: High-grade Encryption (up to 256 bit).
No withdrawal will be made at the time of booking
credit card .
The credit card is entered only to guarantee the reservation.

Cancellations

Up to 22 days before arrival: no penalty


From 21 days to 1 day before arrival: 100%

COVID- In case of government restrictions, with impossibility
to reach the farm we will return any deposit, or is
possible to choose other dates of stay.

Conditions Arrival / Departure

Check in. The rooms are available from 16 to 22. Per
any delays, please advise. For arrivals after 10pm, yes
please advise cost .
Check out. It is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10 am.

 

The adoption of measures aimed at avoiding gatherings or the presence of several people at the same time (with the exception of families) and reducing the time spent in the reception area, open spaces, common spaces is recommended.

– we ask guests to send before arrival to the structure via email or other means, all the information necessary for registration, as well as a copy of the identity document of the whole group which will be shown upon arrival;
– in the case of multiple bookings (groups, family groups, etc.) we invite the group leader or the head of the family to act as the only intermediary for the check-in, check-out procedure and for all other direct contact needs at the reception; if the group that is not from the same family unit stays in the same apartment, we will ask for a self-certification of coexistence, to be presented at check-in.
– In any case, the check-in operation will take place through the entry of a single person at the reception, the rest of the family or group will wait in the car or in the parking lot and then they will be accompanied to their respective apartments.

During the stay, particular attention is required to the following points.

– The two swimming pools inside the farmhouse are operational, it is required to respect the signs present, take a shower before entering the water, the usable space for 4 people (same family unit) is 10 square meters, we ask you to respect the distance of 1m even in the water from people who are not from the same family group.
– Each apartment will have its own space (umbrella or gazebo with respective sunbeds) inside the solarium of the swimming pool with the name of the apartment, this must be used for the entire period of the stay without using that of other apartments. Each space is far from the others about 2 m, respect for distances is required
– To respect all the information regarding the waste disposal of each individual apartment, in particular the PPE devices that must be inserted
inside the undifferentiated. Guests are obliged to deprive the apartment of any waste and food before departure, so as to guarantee a lower risk for the cleaning staff.
– We also ask you to open all the windows of the apartment before checking out, to have a healthier air before the sanitization that will take place before the new guest enters.
– The independent catering service far from each apartment requires compulsory booking, it is possible to request delivery to the apartment, with due time. Within the same we will respect all the necessary distances, favoring accommodations in the garden, for those who use half board we will try to guarantee the same table every day.
– To avoid prolonged contacts in the common rooms, the old information point will have qr-codes where you can download guides relating to our
territory, these will also be present inside the apartment.

Restaurant guests

Reservation at our restaurant is mandatory, like the arrival time, so as to avoid gatherings, if not the whole group of the reservation is present at the same time, please wait in the parking lot with the necessary distances.

Reservations for families can be placed in the same table, without the need for a distance of 1 m (as always) subject to self-certification of coexistence.

Reservations for cohabiting groups can be placed in the same table, without the need for a distance of 1 m (as always) subject to self-certification.

Reservations for non-cohabiting groups must be notified in advance to adjust the table to a distance of one meter between each diner.

It is required to respect the safety standards and the signs present inside the restaurant, with particular attention to distances and mobility within the same, entrance and exit.

To use the bathroom one person at a time.

All services, the order, service, payment will be carried out directly at the table.

It is strictly forbidden for restaurant customers to use or visit the swimming pool area and the solarium area.

It is possible to access the playground and park in compliance with the safety regulations.
