The complex consists of four rural houses from the 1800s that form a small village called 'TRE QUERCE'
located at Penna San Giovanni province of Macerata.
Each farmhouse, recently and carefully renovated with period materials, has a fireplace, veranda and all the services and comforts needed to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday.
Each farmhouse has been assigned the name of a plant native to the place and has a common outdoor area equipped with barbecue, wood-burning oven, tables, laundry and swimming pool at the complete disposal of the guests.

From an ancient manor house renovated in full respect of nature and following the principle of home
eco-friendly, a VILLA called 'TRE QUERCE' has been created consisting of five apartments, each with independent entrance and veranda, each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchens are equipped with oven and dishwasher. The LA BETULLA apartment is equipped to accommodate disabled people.
Always respecting the environment and the well-being of our guests, all apartments have been acoustically and thermally insulated, and the energy and hot water they consume is produced from renewable sources within the farm. Each apartment has been assigned the name of a plant native to the place and has a private veranda with tables, mobile barbecue on request and swimming pool at the complete disposal of the guests.
